Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Nyxora Arts, each piece is handcrafted with love, immense care, and meticulous attention to detail by artist Tamanna Giri. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Because our artworks are authentic handmade creations and often custom-made, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Indian consumer guidelines.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

• Standard / Ready-Made Products: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been packaged and dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled in transit.
• Custom Commissions & Personalized Art: Custom orders (such as customized resin pieces, portrait paintings, or size-altered clothing) can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, before raw materials are dedicated and creation begins.
• How to Cancel: To cancel, email us immediately at tamannagiri216@gmail.com with your Order ID.

3. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

We pack every delicate art piece, resin creation, and jewellery item in multiple protective layers, bubble wraps, and sturdy boxes. However, if your package arrives damaged during courier handling:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of package delivery by emailing tamannagiri216@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos/unboxing video of the damaged item.
• Upon verification, we will promptly ship a free replacement piece or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personalized craftsmanship reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival:

• Customized artwork with personalized names, dates, or custom portrait paintings.
• Handmade earrings and piercing jewellery (for hygiene standards).
• Items showing signs of personal use, alteration, or intentional damage after delivery.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a cancellation or return is approved by Nyxora Arts:

• Refund Method: Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account / UPI / Debit or Credit Card via Razorpay).
• Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours. The credited amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing cycles.
