Every art piece at Nyxora Arts is handcrafted with fine artisan techniques:

• In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed, safely packaged, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
• Custom Commissions & Made-to-Order Pieces: Require dedicated creation, resin curing, or fabric painting time. Dispatched within 3 to 6 business days.

2. Delivery Timelines Across India

We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes throughout India:

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary during extreme weather conditions, national holidays, or regional courier operational delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat nominal delivery fee of ₹70 across all Indian orders to ensure insured, protective packing and speedy courier service.
• Promotional Free Shipping offers (when active) will automatically be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking & Courier Partners

We partner with India's leading logistics providers including India Post (Speed Post), DTDC, Delhivery, and Blue Dart. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique courier tracking number (AWB) and tracking URL to monitor your parcel in real time.

Artworks, especially resin pieces, glassware, and jewellery, require extra care. Every Nyxora Arts order is packaged in multi-layer bubble wrapping, shock-absorbent cushioning, and rigid outer corrugated boxes to guarantee that your handcrafted treasures reach you in pristine condition.
