1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on Nyxora Arts (accessible at www.nyxora-arts.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Nature of Handcrafted Artwork

All products sold on Nyxora Arts — including resin art, handmade clay and silk thread jewellery, hand-painted kurtas, custom portraits, and home decor — are individually handcrafted by artist Tamanna Giri.

Due to the handmade nature of our crafts, slight variations in color shades, resin patterns, brush strokes, and textures may occur compared to catalog images. These unique characteristics are the hallmark of authentic handmade art and are not considered defects.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping charges (₹70 flat) are displayed transparently before checkout.
• Order Acceptance: An order confirmation email indicates receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of inventory errors or payment verification issues.
• Payment Modes: We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Razorpay gateway. Orders are dispatched only after successful payment verification.

4. Custom Commissions & Personalization

For custom orders (such as custom name resin art, portraits, or specific garment sizes), customers must provide accurate specifications in the customization notes during checkout. Once production of a custom-commissioned piece has commenced, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and visual content on this website are the intellectual property of Tamanna Giri and Nyxora Arts. No content or artwork may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct & Account Security

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nyxora Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product paid by the customer.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Contai / Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India.
